The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to subway stations and within walking distance of popular attractions. The room wassuper clean and cozy, offering a pleasant stay. The staff provided excellent service, making sure our needs were met and ensuring our room was always tidy and well-maintained.

It would have been nice to have some additional amenities available, such as a stroller or a small airport transfer bus with young families. The hotel could benefit from some updates, especially in the lobby area, to give it a more modern and refreshing look.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Tokyo. The room was very spacious and clean, with enough room for our large bags. The location was great, within walking distance to Tokyo Dome and a nearby subway station. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and we always felt safe, even at night. The convenience of having a Family Mart right outside the hotel was a bonus.

I was actually surprised by the spacious and well-appointed family room at Metropolitan Edmont. The separate wc, shower/bath, and wash area made it convenient for our family of four. The hotel's location near the JR station and subway lines was also a big plus, as it provided easy access to all of Tokyo's attractions.
